We have been working here every year since the first Christmas market was organised in Neumarkt. It has been over 40 years! We are very happy to do this every year. It has become our tradition: our parents started it and now we have our children working with us. I always stay here the whole day. Actually, I come one hour before the opening and leave an hour later after the closing.
People love Christmas markets because of this pre-Christmas feeling they get. There are many performances and you can buy things over here that cannot be bought elsewhere or during over times of the year. For some products you would normally have to travel quite far to buy them.
We only make our almonds during Christmas time: the best things you can make only for Christmas!
