I have lived in Germany for five and a half years and it is wonderful. I love Germany! I’m in love with my husband and we have two beautiful children. I never thought Germany is romantic, but it is to me because my husband is German.

I never thought I would end up here. I graduated from a university in Italy, in Rome and then worked in Tanzania six years to build up a national radio network for Radio Maria. That was a really good job.

The decision to move to Germany was difficult. We discussed the pros and cons for a long time and came to the conclusion that Germany is the best place for our kids to grow up. In Tanzania the mixed kids are called funny names and growing up I hated the idea of having mixed children. But now I have and two of them.
